Surface Treatments

Choose the right surface for your environment -from standard workshops to cleanrooms and wash-down areas.

PE

PE Coating

Standard plastic coating over steel pipe. Resists scratches, oil, and mild chemicals. Available in orange, white, black, blue, green.

ESD

ESD Coating

Static-dissipative layer (108惟) over steel. Meets IEC 61340-5-1 for EPA use. Black or grey finish.

SUS

SUS304 Brushed

Pickled & passivated finish. Food-grade, FDA-compliant. Ideal for wet / wash-down environments. Ra < 0.8 渭m.

AL

Aluminum Anodized

Hard anodized (15-25 渭m) for scratch resistance. Silver or black. Lightweight 1/3 the weight of steel.

Joint & Fitting Types

Over 60 standard joint types. All fittings are die-cast zinc alloy or steel stamping with chrome plating.

1

2-Way Straight Joint

Inline connection for straight runs. YSC-1 series. Supports 28 mm and 32 mm pipes.

2

3-Way / 4-Way Elbow

90掳 corner connections for frames and racks. YSC-2 / YSC-3 series. Most popular fitting.

3

5-Way / 6-Way Hub

Multi-directional hubs for complex structures. YSC-P-2 / YSC-P-5. Ideal for trolley tops.

4

Hinge Joint Set

YSC-10 series. Allows fold-down shelves and hinged access panels. 0-180掳 lockable.

5

Adjustable Foot / Caster

Leveling feet (M12) and caster sockets (脴100/125 mm). Swap stationary for mobile in minutes.

6

Pipe Coupling

YSC-P-1 / P-4. Internal sleeve for pipe-to-pipe extension. Invisible from outside.

Load & Span Reference

Safe working loads for standard pipe-and-joint structures. Values include 2 safety factor.

Design Tips:
?Keep shelf span ?1000 mm for YS-4000 pipe under 150 kg
?Add a mid-support for spans > 800 mm at heavy loads
?Use stainless steel for wet or corrosive environments
?ESD-coated pipe is required inside EPA zones (IEC 61340)
?All load data assumes properly tightened joints (8-0 Nm)
